BC-103D

Purpose:

It is mainly used for the whitening and brightening of polyester fibre or blending fabric, the market like products include PS-D, HPS-D, CPS-D, SPS-D, etc. The various dyeing property indexes of BC-103D whitening agent have been recognized and praised by vast customers.

Usage:

1. Low temperature dip dyeing method:

Use quantity: 0.2-0.8% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1∶10-20

Dyeing temperature: 95-100℃

Dyeing time: 30 - 40 minutes

PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (Adjusted with acetic acid)

Process flow: add anhydrous sodium sulphate(1-2% relative to fabric weight), acetic acid(adjust PH: 4.5-5.5) and BC-103D whitening agent into the dye bath in accordance with the formula, increase temperature to 95-100 ℃ with a rate of 2-3℃ each minute, keep constant temperature for 30-40min→cooling→washing→dehydration and drying (100℃), its whiteness can meet the requirements of users. If user has setting equipment, after washing and dehydration and pre-drying (80－100℃), conduct baking (170－175℃, 30－40s), its whiteness can become better.

2. Pad dyeing method:

Use quantity: 1.5g-4g/L (Based on test use quantity of sample dyeing from user).

Process flow: two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing (mangle expression 70%) →pre-drying (80-100℃)→curing and setting (165－175℃, 30-40s).

Cautions：

1. BC-103D whitening agent is blue-violet paste liquid, shake it up before use.

2. If liquid is found precipitated and separated, just shake it before use, which does not affect the use effect.

3. Please note that use this product within its yellow spot, i.e. pad dyeing 4g/l, or dip dyeing 0.8% (o.w.f), if use this product beyond its yellow spot, it will be easy to become yellow.

Granularity: 2μm or less ≥90%

PH value: 6 - 7

Proportion: 1.035±0.02

Ionicity: nonionic
