BC-100(ER-199）

Purpose:

This product is mainly used for whitening and brightening of blending fabrics such as polyester and polyester cotton, polyester silk, polyester yarn, polyester ramie, polyester wool as well as whitening of chemical fiber and plastic. This product applies to pad dyeing and HTHP dip dyeing, especially low temperature adsorption and high temperature setting process.

Usage and use quantity: (for reference only)

1. Pad-dyeing hot melt method:

Use quantity: 1.5-3g/L

Process flow: two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing (mangle expression 70%) →pre-drying (100℃)→curing and setting (180－190℃, 40-30s).

2. HTHP dip dyeing method:

Use quantity: 0.2～0.5% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1∶10～20

Dyeing temperature: 120～130℃

Dyeing time: 30 - 60 minutes

PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

3．Low temperature adsorption and high temperature color development dyeing method:

Use quantity: 0.5～1.0% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1∶10～20

Dyeing temperature: 50～60℃

Dyeing time: 30 minutes

PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Process flow: add BC-100 whitening agent and additive (anhydrous sodium sulphate 1-2% relative weight of dyed cloth, acetone is adjusted in PH) and fabric to dye bath at room temperature→temperature rises to 50℃, deying for 30min→washing→dehydration and pre-drying (100℃)→setting and baking (180-190℃, 40-30s).

Cautions:

1.If suspension liquid is found precipitated and separated, just shake it before use, which does not affect the use effect.

2.Please note that use this product within its yellow spot, i.e. pad dyeing ≤5g/l, dip dyeing ≤0.8% (o.w.f). If use this product beyond its yellow spot, it will be easy to become yellow.

Appearance:yellowish pulpy liquid

Colored light: Blue-violet light

Granularity:2μm or less ≥90%

PH value:6～7

Proportion:1.04±0.001

5kg plastic bucket, 20kg /carton (4 buckets).

The shelf life is 8-12 months in the room temperature.
