BC-101(ER-199:1)
Purpose:
BC-101 High efficient and extra white fluorescent whitening agent for polyester is mainly used for whitening of blending fabrics such as polyester and polyester cotton, polyester silk, polyester yarn, polyester ramie, polyester wool, etc. It can also apply to whitening and brightening of chemical fiber, plastic and artificial leather.
Usage:
1. Pad-dyeing hot melt method:
Use quantity: 1.5-3g/l (based on actual test use quantity of sample dyeing from user according to requirements on whiteness).
Process flow: two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing (mangle expression 70%) →pre-drying (100℃)→curing and setting (180－180℃, 40-30s)
2. HTHP dip dyeing method
Use quantity: 0.15～0.45% (relative weight of dyed cloth, maximum Use quantity 0.8% non-yellowing)
Bath ratio: 1∶10～20
Dyeing temperature: 120～130℃
Dyeing time: 30 - 60 minutes
pH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (Adjusted with acetic acid)
3. Low temperature adsorption and high temperature setting process:
Use quantity: 0.3～0.7% (relative weight of dyed cloth, maximum Use quantity 0.8% non-yellowing)
Bath ratio: 1∶10～20
Dyeing temperature: 50～60℃
Dyeing time: 20 - 30 minutes
PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
Process flow: add BC-101 whitening agent and additive (anhydrous sodium sulphate 1-2% relative weight of dyed cloth, adjusted to PH 4.5-5.5 with acetic acid) and fabric to dye bath at room temperature→temperature rises to 50℃, dyeing for 20-30min→washing→dehydration and pre-drying (100℃)→setting and baking (180-190℃, 40-30s).
Cautions:
1.BC－101 whitening agent is paste liquid, shake it up before use to prevent unevenness.
2. If liquid is found partially precipitated and separated, just shake it before use, which does not affect the use effect.
3. Please note that use this product within its yellow spot, i.e. pad dyeing 5g/l, or dip dyeing 0.8% (o.w.f), if use this product beyond its yellow spot, it will be easy to become yellow.
4. Please note that storage and transportation shall be above 5℃ in winter to avoid freezing and demulsification which will affect the use effect.
