BC-113(EBF)
Purpose:
BC-113(EBF) fluorescent whitening agent includes two types (powder type and liquid type).
BC-113 Powder fluorescent whitening agent can be used for the whitening and brightening of various olefin plastics (PE, PP, PS, PVC, etc.), ABS engineering plastics and organic glass, etc.
BC-113 Liquid fluorescent whitening agent generally has 10% of effective content. This product is very suitable for the whitening of white acetate fiber, triacetate fiber, nylon, polyester fiber and cotton-polyester blended fabric by dip dyeing process and pad dyeing process (hot melt process) or HTHP process.
Characteristics of this product: high whiteness, good fastness, sunlight fastness can reach Level 6-7, it is the best whitening agent with fastness among all whitening agents. There is almost no waste solid and less pollution during synthetic process of this product, so it is an excellent product with development prospect.
Usage and reference use quantity:
1. BC-113 powder whitening agent also applies to the whitening of plastic substrate by dry process, wet process and masterbatch process as same as other plastic whitening agent. The recommended use quantity of BC-113 whitening agent for plastic substrate is 0.03-0.1%, i.e. about 10-30g of BC-113 whitening agents are added to each 100kg of plastic substrates; the recommended use quantity of whitening agent for transparent plastic is 0.03-0.05%, i.e. about 30-50g of BC-113 whitening agents are added to each 100kg of transparent plastic.
2. Recommended use quantity of BC-113 liquid whitening agent also: 0.3-0.7%(o.w.f) for dip dyeing method, free from yellowing; 3-8g/l for pad dyeing method, free from yellowing. Its sunlight fastness can reach Level 6-7.

Solubility: It is insoluble in water and easily soluble in organic solvents and concentrated acid

The maximum emission wavelength: 429nm (toluene)
For packaging of powder whitening agent, 20kg/box(20 bags/box, 1kg/bag; for packaging of liquid whitening agent, 20kg/box (4 buckets/box, 5kg/plastic bucket). Other packaging can also be used as users' requirements.
Storage in ambient temperature of powder whitening agent ≤24 months; storage in ambient temperature of liquid whitening agent ≤12 months.
