BC-109(FP127)

Purpose:

BC-109 is a kind of efficient plastic fluorescent whitening powder, whose performance is equal to product Uvitex 127(FP) produced in Switzerland ciba - fine base company. Can be used for the whiteness and brightness of polymer, painting, printing ink and synthetic fibre. Has characteristics such as high whiteness, good colored light, good color fastness, heat resistance, weather resistance and yellowing resistance and etc. Can be added before polymerization, polycondensation and addition polymerization or monomer or pre-polymerization material in the process, can also be added before or in the molding process of synthetic fibre with the powder or granule form. This product can apply to all kinds of plastic varieties, especially the whiteness and brightness of artificial leather products and sport shoes EVA.

Usage:

Choose add quantity in accordance with whiteness requirements, reference dosage is as follows:

1. PVC:

Whitening: 0.01～0.05% (10－50g/100kg material)

Transparency: 0.0001～0.001% (0.1－1g/100kg material)

2. (PS):

Whitening: 0.001% (1g/100kg material)

Transparency: 0.0001～0.001% (0.1－1g/100kg material)

3. ABS:

0.01～0.05% (10-50g/100kg material)

Other plastics: have good whitening effects on other thermoplastics, acetate fiber, polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) and polyester slice.

Appearance: white or pale yellowish crystalline powder.

Melting point: 216～218℃

Solubility: It is insoluble in water and soluble in various organic solvents, such as DMF (dimethylformamide).

Heat stability: can meet all kinds of temperature requirements in the process of manufacture, plastic working and chemical fibre.

The maximum absorption wavelength: 368nm

The maximum emission wavelength: 436nm

20kg fiber can (lined with plastic bag) packaging, or use other packaging as users' requirements.

Preserve time ≤24 months at room temperature.
