BC-112(KSN)

Purpose:

BC-112(KSN) whitening agent is now the premium grade whitening agent among a variety of fluorescent whitening agents. It has characteristics such as small use quantity, best efficiency, light resistance, heat resistance, excellent stability, etc. This product is widely used in plastic and polyester, as well as thin film, injection molding and extrusion molding materials, it also applies to any stage whitening of synthetic resin, and is used for brightening of coating, print and printing ink, etc.

Usage and reference use quantity:

1. BC-112(KSN) whitening agent applies to the whitening and brightening of plastic substrate by dry process, wet process and masterbatch process. It especially applies to the whitening by dry process, mix this product with plastic substrate or resin evenly, then melt, and then extrudes them to form.

2. Recommended use quantity of fluorescent whitening agent:

The reference use quantity of whitening agent for plastic substrate is generally 0.002-0.03%, i.e. about 10-30g of BC-112 fluorescent whitening agents are added to each 100kg of plastic materials.

The reference use quantity of whitening agent for transparent plastic is 0.0005-0.002%, i.e. about 0.5-2g of BC-112 fluorescent whitening agents are added to each 100kg of plastic materials.

The reference use quantity of whitening agent for polyester resin (polyester fiber) is 0.01-0.02%, i.e. about 10-20g of BC-112 fluorescent whitening agents are added to each 100kg of polyester resin.

Appearance: light yellowish-green crystalline powder

Melting point: 278℃

Solubility: It is insoluble in water and easily soluble in organic solvents

Colour light: blue-violet light

Toxicity: Non-toxic, odorless

The shelf life is not less than 24 months in the room temperature.
