BC-106(OB)

Purpose:

BC－106 is a one of the best whitening agents widely used for plastic and chemical fiber and its performance is the same as the performance of OB whitening agent which is very famous. It can be used for thermoplastic plastics, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, acetate fiber and it is also used for varnish, paint, white enamel paint, coat and printing ink. It has good whitening effect on the synthetic chemical fiber. It has the advantages of heat resistance, weather resistance, no yellowing, better color etc. It can be used for monomer or prepolymerization materials before or in the process of polymerization, condensation addition polymerization, it can be added before or in the process of molding of plastics and synthetic fiber in the form of powder or granules.

Reference use quantity:

1. PVC:

In the soft or hard PVC:

Whitening: 0.01-0.05% (10－50g/100kg material).

Transparency: 0.0001～0.001% (0.1－1g/100kg material).

2. PS:

Whitening: 0.001% (1g/100kg material).

Transparency: 0.0001～0.001 (0.1－1g/100kg material).

3. ABS:

Adding 0.01－0.05% of this product to ABS can effectively clean the original yellow to whitening it.

4. Polyolefin

It has good whitening effect on polyethylene and polypropylene.

Transparency: 0.0005～-0.001% (0.5－1g/100kg material).

Whitening: 0.005-0.05% (5－50g/100kg material).

Appearance: milky or pale yellowish crystalline powder

Melting point: 198-200℃

Fineness: through 100-mesh

Water Content: ≤0.5%

Ash content: ≤0.2-0.5%

The maximum absorption wavelength: 375nm (in alcohol)

The maximum emission wavelength: 435nm (in alcohol)

It is packed by 1KG and 2KG plastic bag and carton box for external use. Each box has 10KG or 20KG. It can be packed in other forms according to user's requirements.

Shelf life: not more than 24 months in the room temperature.
