BC-107(PF)

Purpose:

BC－107 fluorescent whitening agent is a kind of faint yellow acicular crystalline. It has good whitening effect on plastics such as PVC, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, artificial leather, plastic flooring, ABS, engineering plastic, polyester film and organic glass. This product has good whitening effect on polyester master batch of chemical fiber and short chemical fiber. It has been porved that BC－107 whitening agent is a kind of whitening agent with lower price and obvious whitening effect for plastic chemical fiber.

Usage:

This product can be dissolved by using plasticizer and grinded triple-roller mill as suspension. At certain temperature, the suspension is added evenly to plastic in the process and molding at certain temperature. The time and temperature conditions for whitening are as follows:

120～160℃ about 30 minutes.

180～190℃ about 1 minute.

This product can be added directly to raw materials mixed better, stirring fully at the temperature of 160℃. Whitening effect can be seen after about five minutes. Finally, it may be sheet shape after rolling.

Reference proportion used (proportion by weight):

Plastic: BC－107 whitening agent=10000：2～5

Solvent: BC－107 whitening agent=2～3：1

Solvent: dimethylbenzene, DOP, etc. , materials are easy to dissolve by being heated slightly.

Appearance: faint yellow acicular crystalline

Melting point:: ≥180－184℃

Fineness (content of residual product through 80-mesh aperture sieve) ≤1%

Moisture: ≤0.5%

Purity: 99%.

The shelf life is not less than 24 months in the room temperature.
