MST
Purpose:
Now, the liquid fluorescent whitening agent MST with high whiteness for cotton is widely used at home and abroad has higher increase force and yellowing points, excellent acid-resistant and alkaline-resistant properties (PH value 4-10) and small changes of whiteness and colored light which is suitable for pad dyeing. But its key shortcoming is poor washing fastness.
Scope and method of application:
MST whiteness agent is typically suitable for whitening and brightening cotton, hemp and nylon in the process of pad dyeing.
1． Dip dyeing process
Use quantity: 2g-25g/L (Based on actual test dosage of sample dyeing from user)
PH value: 8 - 9
Process flow: dip and pad dyeing for cloth →two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing (mangle expression 70%-80%) →pre-drying (80-100℃)→curing and setting (170-180℃, 20-30s)
2． Dip dyeing process
Use quantity: 3－8%(o.w.f)(according to the requirement for whiteness of users)
Dyeing temperature: 80-95℃
Dyeing time: 20 - 30 minutes
PH value: 7 - 8 is optimal
Cautions:
1． The optimal PH value is 7-9 when use it. If PH value is 4-10, the influence of such value on whiteness should be obtained by comparison by conducting test of sample.
2． If this product is used with other additives, stability experiment should be conduct and combined use can be permitted under the situation of no influence as shown in the small scale test.
3． This product shall be shaken up before use.

PH value 7-8(1% aqueous solution)
Fluorescence intensity: 100±1 (compared with the standard)
The product is packed by 60kg plastic bucket (lined with plastic bag) and also can be packed according to client's requirements.
The product has stable chemical properties so that it is not hazardous article and is transported by road or by rail.
The shelf life is 6 months in the room temperature.
