BC-126(BAC-L)
Purpose:
Mainly used for acrylic fibers and their blended fabrics to whitening and brightening.
Fluorescent products with high whiteness, fresh blue-violet light.
With good fastness, lifting and level-dyeing property.
Applicable to dip-dyeing or pad dyeing, and can be used with other cationic and non-ionic products.
Usage:
[Dip-dyeing]
① Dosage: acrylic fibers and modacrylic is 0.25-1.5%, diacetate is 0.5-2.0%.
Application conditions: bath ratio is 1:10-40, PH value is 4 (adjusted by acetic acid or oxalic acid)
Put it into at the temperature of 40℃ or so, process it at the temperature of 90-100℃ for 30-40 minutes, wash fully and dry it.
② Bleaching and whitening one-bath process:
BC-126 Whitening agent 0.25-2% (o.w.f)
Sodium chlorite (80%) 1-2g/L
Sodium nitrate 1-3g/L
PH value of liquor is 3.5-4 (Oxalic acid adjusting), bath ratio is 1:10-40, the temperature is 90-98℃, the constant temperature is 30 minutes, and other crafts are as in the above case.

BC-126 Whitening agent 5-15g/L
Oxalic acid 0.5-1.0g/L
Thickener moderate
Mangle expression 70-80%
Padding→drying→printing if needed→drying→steaming (processed by the saturated steam of 102℃ for 5 to 30 minutes)→washing fully to be neutral.
Cautions:
1. When being applied, the dye bath compounded with BC-126 Whitening agent shall be stored in the brown container or kept in the shadow.
2. Factors affecting the whiteness:
① Concentration: BC-126 Whitening agent shall be used with a proper dosage, otherwise the whiteness will get decreased and even turn yellow.
② Pretreatment: Fabric or yarn must be firstly processed in 50℃ hot water for 15minutes with non-ionic detergent of 0.5g/L to remove the grease in the fabric in order to produce better whitening effects.
Appearance:Liquid of pale yellow or dark brown

Solubility:easy to dissolve in cold water of light acidity or warm water.

The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
