Purpose:

This product is mainly used for the whitening and brightening of polyamide fabric, which can also be used for the whitening of wool, silk, cellulose acetate fiber, cellulose triacetate and cotton fibre.

Usage:

① Exhaust dyeing:

Use quantity: 0.2-5% (o.w.f)

Optimum use quantity: 0.5-1.5% (o.w.f)

PH value: 5.5 - 6.0 (Adjusted with citric acid or acetic acid)

Bath ratio: 1∶10-20

Dyeing temperature: 80-100℃

Dyeing time: 30 - 40 minutes

② Pad-dyeing hot melt method:

Use quantity: 1.5g-10g/L (Based on actual test dosage of sample dyeing from user)

Process flow: two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing (mangle expression -80%) →pre-drying (100℃)→curing and setting (160-170℃, 30-40s)

③ Low temperature adsorption and high temperature color development method:

Use quantity: 0.5-1.2 % (o.w.f)

PH value: 5.0 - 6.5 (Adjusted with citric acid or acetic acid)

Bath ratio: 1∶10-20

Dyeing temperature: 50-60℃

Dyeing time: 20 - 30 minutes

Process flow: Add BC-330 and sodium hydrosulfite (o.w.f) and fabric into the dye bath at normal temperature, and adjust the PH value to be 6→increase temperature to 50℃, dyeing for 20-30mins→washing→dehydration and pre-drying (100℃)→setting and baking (180－190℃, 30－40s)

Appearance: Deep blue-violet liquid

PH value: 7 - 9

Colored light: blue light

Proportion: 1.060±0.005

Ionic type: negative ion

Solid content: ≥30%

Temperature resistant type: Non-freezing at -18℃, even if there is a few of ice scraps, it will not affect the using effect after thawing.

Packed by 25kg, 50kg and 200kg plastic buckets.

The shelf life is not more than 6 months at room temperature.
