BC-215

Purpose:

BC-215 whitening agent is mainly used for whitening and brightening of blending fabrics such as polyester fiber and polyester cotton, polyester silk, polyester yarn, polyester ramie, polyester wool as well as whitening of chemical fiber and plastic.

Usage:

1． HTHP dip dyeing method:

Use quantity: 0.2-0.6% (o.w.f)

Dyeing temperature: 120-130℃

Dyeing time: 30 - 40 minutes

PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

2． Low temperature dip dyeing method:

Use quantity: 0.2-0.7% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1∶10-20

Dyeing temperature: 95-100℃

Dyeing time: 30 - 40 minutes

PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Process flow: add additive, BC-215 whitening agent and anhydrous sodium sulphate to the dye bath (adjust PH to 4.5-5.5 with acetic acid) at room temperature, add fabric after even mixing, and then increase temperature to 95-100℃, dye and boil for 30-40min. Then, washing→dehydration→drying (100℃)→finished product.

Cautions:

1． Shake well prior to use, and then weight to ensure the whitened cloth is even and without whiteness difference.

2． If liquid is found precipitated and separated, just shake it before use, which does not affect the use effect.

3. Please note that use this product within its yellow spot, i.e. pad dyeing 5g/l, or dip dyeing 0.75% (o.w.f), if use this product beyond its yellow spot, it will be easy to become yellow.

Appearance: yellowish or milky homogeneous pulpy liquid

PH value: 6 - 7

Proportion: 1.032-1.035

Granularity: 2μm or less ≥90%

Colored light: Blue-violet light

Water solubility: Mix with water in any proportion

Ionicity: nonionic

The pulpy liquid is free from APEO or NPEO

5kg plastic bucket, 20kg /carton (4 buckets).

The shelf life is 8-12 months in the room temperature.
