BC-103-2

Purpose:

It is mainly used for the whitening and brightening of polyester fibre or blending fabric.

Usage:

1. Low temperature dip dyeing method:

Use quantity: 0.2-1.0% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1∶10-20

Dyeing temperature: 95-100℃

Dyeing time: 30 - 40 minutes

PH value: 4.5 - 5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Process flow: add anhydrous sodium sulphate and BC-103-2 whitening agent (adjust PH: 4.5-5.5 with acetic acid) into the dye bath in accordance with the formula, increase temperature to 95-100℃, keep constant temperature for 30-40min→cooling→washing→dehydration and drying 100%), its whiteness can meet the requirements of users. If user has setting equipment, after washing and dehydration, conduct pre-drying, baking (170－175℃, 30－40s), its whiteness can become better.

2. Pad dyeing method:

Use quantity: 1.5-4g/L

Process flow: two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing (mangle expression 70%) →pre-drying (100℃)→curing and setting (165－175℃, 30s)

Cautions:

1. BC-103-2 whitening agent is celandine green paste liquid, shake it up before use.

2. If liquid is found precipitated and separated, just shake it before use, which does not affect the use effect.

3. Please note that use this product within its yellow spot, i.e. pad dyeing 5g/l, or dip dyeing 0.8% (o.w.f), if use this product beyond its yellow spot, it will be easy to become yellow.

4. Add 2-6% (o.w.f) swelling agent if necessary when whitening at low temperature, the whiteness will become better and more even.

Appearance: celandine green pulpy liquid

Colored light: blue light

Granularity: 2μm or less ≥90%

PH value: 6 - 7

Proportion: 1.035±0.02

Ionicity: nonionic

5kg plastic bucket, 20kg /carton (4 buckets); or adopt small package as per user's request.

The shelf life is 6-8 months in the room temperature.
