BC-320
Purpose:
This product is mainly used for the whitening and brightening of polyamide fabric, which can also be used for the whitening of wool, silk, cellulose acetate fiber, cellulose triacetate and cotton fibre.
Usage:
① Reference formula for dip-dye and whitening:

PH value: 5.5 - 6.0 (Adjustable with citric acid or acetic acid)
The bath ratio is 1∶10－1∶20, the dyeing temperature is 80－100℃, and the dyeing time is 30－40min.
Process flow: Pre-washing of the dyed fabric→dehydration→fill water, add whitening agent and additive to fully homogenize and dissolve→add fabric→raise temperature→80-100℃, dyeing for 30－40min→washing→dehydration→drying (80－100℃).
② Pad-dyeing hot melt method:
Use quantity: 0.5-3.0g/l (based on actual test use quantity of sample dyeing from user according to requirements on whiteness).
Process flow: two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing (or one dip dyeing and one pad dyeing), mangle expression 60-70%→pre-drying (100℃)→
curing and setting (160-170℃, 40-60s)
Note: BC－320 Whitening Agent shall dissolve in hot water of 50－60℃, and then be added into the mangle for use.
③ Low temperature adsorption and high temperature color development method:
Use quantity: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f)
PH value: 5.5 - 6.0 (Adjusted with citric acid or acetic acid)
The bath ratio is 1∶10－1∶20, the dyeing temperature is 50-60℃, and the dyeing time is 20－30min.
Process flow: Add BC－320 Whitening Agent and additive into the dye bath (40－50℃), and adjust PH value to be 5.5－6.0 with citric acid (or acetic acid), add fabric through fully and evenly stirring and dissolving→increase temperature to 50－55℃, dye for 20－30min→washing→dehydration and pre-drying (100℃)→setting and baking (160－170℃, 30－40s)
Appearance: Kelly-green or pistachio powder
PH value 7-8 (1% aqueous solution)
Colored light: Blue light
Acid-base resistance properties: PH value is stable within the range of 4 - 10
Water solubility: Soluble in cold water
25kg cardboard bucket (lined with plastic bag) packaging.
The shelf life is 24 months at room temperature.
