BC-105(CXT)
Purpose:
It is mainly used for the whitening and brightening of cotton fiber and its blending fabric as well as whitening of nylon, silk, paper and bast fiber.
Usage: (for reference only)
(一)Cotton fiber:
BC-105 applies to whitening on traveler sprinkling dyeing machine, jet dyeing machine and package dyeing machine, the the most commonly used method is use BC-105 together with hydrogen peroxide and alkali in one bath, and the optimal PH scope is 8.0-10.
(二)Whitening of polyester/cotton blended fabric:
The whitening of cotton fiber of polyester/cotton blended fabric can refer to method for whitening of 100% cotton fiber. However, if the whitening of polyester in polyester/cotton blended fabric is required, add BC—103 fluorescent brightener for polyester fiber to bath, and its reference formula is as follows.
(三)Influence on whitening effect by cationic softening agent:
In order to control the whiteness after being whitened by BC-105, it is very important to control PH value when processing with cationic softening agent, when keeping PH above 6, it will be free from yellowing.
Cautions:
1. This product's solubility in water is medium, dissolution shall be conducted in 70-80℃ in hot water, it shall not be poured once, and be used after full mixing to avoid caking.
2. The optimal use quantity of this product is 0.15%-0.35% (o.w.f); small yellowing point scope ≤0.35%(o.w.f).
3. The chlorine fastness performance of this product is superior to VBL, fastness to chlorine-bleaching reaches Level 4.
4. This product is most applicable to the dip dyeing process under alkali-hydrogen peroxide bleaching condition, which can produce best effect.
Appearance: Solid is milky white powder
Solubility: Solid solubility is medium, dissolution shall be conducted in 70-80℃ in hot water, and be used after full and even mixing.
Colored light: Cyan light
Fastness: Level 4-5 (cotton fiber)
Ionicity: negative ion
25kg/carton (lined with plastic bag), 50kg cardboard bucket (lined with plastic bag).
The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
