Purpose：

5FB whitening agent is developed for whitening of pure cotton fabric, its characteristics are extra-white whiteness, free from yellowing, and its product performance is superior to other whitening agents for cotton fiber, such as VBL, 4BK.

Usage:

Bath ratio: 1∶10-20

Use quantity: 0.2-0.6% (o.w.f)

PH value: 7-9 (adjusted with sodium carbonate)

Dye-uptake temperature: 75－90℃, dye-uptake time: 20 - -30min, washing→dehydration→drying →finished product.

Appearance: Light yellow-green powder

Ionicity: Negative ion

Solubleness: Soluble in water

Whiteness: Strong blue light, extra-white whiteness, free from yellowing.

Fastness: Fastness to weathering is Level 5.

Acid-base resistance properties (pH value): 6 - 9

It is especially suitable for the dip dyeing of pure cotton fabric as well as the whitening of T/C cotton fiber.

50kg cardboard bucket (lined with plastic bag) packaging.

It shall be used up in short period once the container is opened.

The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
