Usage: (refer to formulas)

Take dip dyeing as an example:

4BK: 0.2－0.8%(o.w.f)

10% anhydrous sodium sulphate solution: 5－6% (weight of bath solution)

Adjusted PH with sodium carbonate: 7－9

Process flow:

Add 4BK and anhydrous sodium sulphate solution to dye bath, adjust PH to 7-9, then add fabric, increase temperature to 80℃, dye for 20-30min→washing→softening→drying (80℃) finished product.

Appearance: Reddish purple, yellow powder

Solubleness: Soluble in water

Colored light: Red light

Ionicity: Negative ion

PH applicable scope: 7-10

50kg cardboard bucket (lined with plastic bag) packaging.

It shall be used up in short period once the container is opened.

The shelf life is 8-12 months at room temperature.
