Usage: (refer to formulas)

Take dip dyeing as an example:

4BK: 0.2－0.75% (o.w.f)

Anhydrous sodium sulphate solution (10%): 5－6% (weight of bath solution)

Adjust PH with sodium carbonate: 7－9

Bath ratio: 1∶10－20

Optimal use quantity: 0.3～0.45%(o.w.f)

Process flow:

Add 4BK and other additive to bath solution in accordance with the above formula, fully stir to make 4BK dissolve, then add fabric, increase temperature to 80℃, dye for 20-30min→washing→softening→drying (80℃) finished product.

Appearance: yellow or yellowish powder

Solubleness: Soluble in water

Colored light: Pure white light

Ionicity: negative ion

PH applicable scope: 7-10

50kg cardboard bucket (lined with plastic bag) packaging.

It shall be used up in short period once the container is opened.

The shelf life is 8-12 months at room temperature.
