BC-351

Purpose:

Through technological improvement, this product has high whiteness and good stability, ambiant temperature storage ≥12 months, no freezing at -10～-20℃ in winter, even freeze, after melting, it also does not affect the use effect, this product can be called excellent "cold resistant"product.

1. The whitening and brightening of cotton fiber, polyamide and azelon. It applies to dip dyeing and low temperature adsorption and high temperature color development process, especially pad dyeing process, baking and color development at 180－190℃ will not lead to yellowing.

2. It applies to various detergent products, it mainly applies to powder detergent, liquid detergent and cosmetics, good effect can be obtained when use quantity is 0.1－0.5%.

Usage and reference use quantity:

1. Dip dyeing process:

BC－351 whitening agent 0.3～2.50%(o.w.f) [optimal use quantity]0.5～1.5%(o.w.f)

Anhydrous sodium sulphate 1～3g/l

Storage temperature 60～80℃

Dyeing time 20 - 30 minutes

Bath ratio 1∶10～20

pH value 7～9

2. Pad dyeing process:

The use quantity of BC－351 whitening agent is 0.5－8g/l (optimal use quantity) 1.5－3.5g/l.

Two dip dyeing and two pad dyeing (liquid carrying rate 80%)→pre-drying (80～100℃)→setting (160～170℃, 20～30s).

Cautions:

1. This product can not be used together with cationic finishing agents (such as: cationic softening agent, cationic detergent) in one bath.

Pack with 25kg/50kg/200kg/plastic bucket.

Storage in ambient temperature ≤6 moths, if precipitation is found, just shake it before use, which does not affect the use effect.
