BC-BBU

Purpose:

BBU is mainly used for the whitening of cotton fiber and viscose fiber, very good compatibility with resin finishing, very suitable for white discharge printing paste. It is very suitable for the whitening of paper as well as detergent.

In the application in whitening of paper:

1. Whitening during coating process.

2. Whitening during surface sizing.

3. Whitening inside paper pulp.

Usage:

1. Using with PVA, CMC and starch during coating process can obtain best result. Ordinary use quantity 0.1～1.4% (relative weight of coating material)

2. Using with commonly used starch, CMC andPVA during surface sizing can obtain better whitening effect. Ordinary use quantity 0.5～5g/l.

3. Add directly inside paper pulp, ordinary use quantity 0.5～1.2% (relative weight of dry pulp).

[Dyeing and printing industry]

BBU is suitable for the dye-uptaking and whitening for exhaustion process, dip dyeing process and pad dyeing process.

1．During dip dyeing, better whitening effect can be obtained if dye-uptake temperature is 70～80℃ and dye-uptake time is 20-30min, the use quantity is 0.3～0.8% (o.w.f).

2．During pad dyeing, the use quantity is 1.0～3.5g/l, adopt steam drying, and drying time is 10-20min.

Appearance: amber or brown liquid

Colored light: blue light

pH value：8.5～9

Proportion: 1.10-1.18

Ionic type: negative ion

This product can be kept for one year if sealed at 5～30℃, and will solidify and precipitate out at －5℃.

Packing with 25kg, 50kg and 200kg/plastic bucket.
